    As Chief of Staff reporting to the CMO, and VP of Research & Testing, I partner closely with the CMO and executive team to develop, align, and execute the strategic plan, and deliver the clinical research and testing in support of the strategy.

    • Directed delivery of large commercial building automation control projects in Australia. Led 24 direct reports with project portfolio of $12M across 3 multi-skilled teams while personally managing $8M of projects. 
    • Formed high-performance teams, robust P&L management, and incorporated strong portfolio management discipline, achieving 156% performance objectives and boosting profitability by 152%.

    Australian consulting firm specializing in Business Management and Project Management.

    Engaged by client companies to salvage major projects or improve performance of PMOs.

    Salvaged $14M infrastructure program, months behind schedule and $1.5M over budget, delivering IBM mainframes in New Zealand and Australia, 2 weeks ahead of schedule in 2 separate production releases and saving $3.1M of program cost, resulting in $1.6M under budget.

Describe your greatest accomplishment.
Negotiated and won a competitive contract for the 2-year upgrade of the tallest building in the southern hemisphere. Then led the execution of the complex project, ahead of schedule and at 250% profit margin, with a phenomenal team.

Why did you choose your profession?
I’ve always enjoyed problem solving - the greater the challenge, the more exciting to solve. Not satisfied with just any solution, it needs to be practical and executable which often requires innovative thinking.

As I have gained more experience in my career, moving through engineering and project management roles with increasing leadership responsibilities, I've also discovered a knack for inspiring others to perform at their best and joining me in executing change.
